Crown Garden Hotel in Kota Bharu provided a memorable experience. Convenient location near attractions at an affordable price. Staff were friendly and responsive, even at 3am for an air-conditioner issue - commendable service! The food at Garden Cafe was fabulous and breakfast options suited our taste. However, the hotel's facilities were a bit outdated and minimal. As a frequent traveler, I expected more amenities. Despite this, the hotel offers a free shuttle service and 24-hour front desk assistance, making our stay comfortable. Not sure if I would return for the same price, but overall, a decent stay.
